Please complete the registration form below, on receipt of the refundable deposit and a completed copy of this registration form, you will then receive written confirmation of your child’s offer of a place.

Funding Eligibility

Are you eligible for childcare funding? Please see our 'Fees, Funding and Wraparound Care' page for further information and eligibility.

A parent declaration form must be completed to use funded hours which will be sent to you when your child’s space is confirmed at The Nursery at Bengeworth CE Academy.

15 hours (or 30 hours if you are eligible) funding can be used the term after your child turns three. If you use more than one setting, you may choose how the funding is split between the sessions.

Sessions

Required Sessions * 15 hours funding (or 30 hours if you are eligible) can be used for the term after your child turns 3 and can only be used for Session 1 (8:30am - 11:30am) or Session 2 (12:30pm - 3:30pm).

Sessions booked before this will be chargeable at a rate of £18. For each 3 hour block.

Lunch Sessions

Lunch sessions are booked separately at a charge of £7.50 per day. This includes a delicious home cooked 2-course meal, drinks and the cost of one hour's childcare.
